MasterChef, the TV Experience, the world’s first screen-to-plate restaurant concept in Millennium Place Marina, is decking its winter halls with a limited-edition festive feast.
Running December 15 through to December 30, Head Chef Margarita Vaamonde’s expertly curated Yuletide festive three-course menu features all-new seasonal creations and is priced at only AED 249 for soft beverages; AED 378 for two hours of free-flowing house grape; and AED 478 for two hours of free-flowing premium grape.
With each course offering multiple choices for tastes of all types, the festive meal will be served in afternoon and evening services, barring Friday lunch when the popular Showtime! Brunch takes over.
Sumptuous starter options include Oyster Soup (cream, chervil oil, celery seed crouton, lemon emulsion), Blood Orange and Seared Tuna Salad (Yellowfin tuna, endives, blood orange segments, blood orange ponzu, roasted pistachio, avocado cream), Chicken Liver Pate (Sultanas, walnuts, brandy fluid gel, pumpkin spice marshmallow) or Caribbean Christmas Mousse (Braised beef brisket, sweet corn and annatto mousse, piquilloes gel, olive powder, prunes, almond opaline).
For mains, guests can opt for Turkey Breast Ballotine (Marjoram and sweet onion stuffing, orange scented mashed potatoes, green peas, cranberry and açaí gravy), Guinness Venison Saddle (Dark Irish stout and gingerbread demi-glace, butternut squash puree, sunchoke chips, pickled cherries), Seared Scallops and Mushrooms (Warm porcini foam, amontillado jelly, braised chestnuts, charred braised leeks, roasted hazelnut) or Celeriac Gnocchi (Apple cider sauce, honey-miso charred pears, lemon and sage meringue, blue cheese crumble).
The festive finish is a choice between Apple Tatin (Caramelised Granny Smith apples, crispy filo, cinnamon ice cream, ginger cookie crumb, whipped cream), Sticky Date Lava Cake (chai ganache, speculoos ice cream) or Cherry Chocolate Pot-de Crème (Dark chocolate, Morello cherries, coffee).
MasterChef, the TV Experience, is open daily for lunch between 12pm-3pm, with daily dinner seatings available between 7pm-11pm.
